These Terms govern your use of streetdreamerhq.com and services offered by Street Dreamer LLC (“Street Dreamer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting a Workflow Audit request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Street Dreamer designs and implements AI workforce operations for established field-service businesses. Our work may address customer intake, missed-call recovery, scheduling, dispatch, follow-up, communications, and back-office handoffs.
A Workflow Audit request is an inquiry and fit-assessment starting point. It is not a promise of services, a proposal, a contract, or an obligation for either party to proceed.
2. Scope, pricing, and agreements
Any implementation scope, timeline, fees, maintenance, deliverables, and responsibilities are defined only in a separate written agreement signed by Street Dreamer and the client. We do not publish a guaranteed outcome, fixed quote, or automatic purchase path through this site.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Operational results depend on each client’s workflow, systems, data quality, team adoption, implementation scope, and other conditions. Street Dreamer does not guarantee revenue, cost savings, response times, business outcomes, or performance improvements.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting an audit or discussing a potential engagement.
- Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorized to share it.
- Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to it.
5. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The site, methods, and materials we provide remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Any ownership, license, confidentiality, or data-handling terms for a client engagement will be addressed in the written client agreement.
6. Website availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Street Dreamer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when our site or services change. The current version will be posted here with its revision date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
