Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Street Dreamer's website (streetdreamerhq.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Street Dreamer provides business development and opportunity intelligence services for government contractors. Our services include:

Street Dreamer Prime ($500/mo): Managed business development including opportunity research, outreach management, Airtable dashboard, pipeline reporting, and dedicated support.
Street Dreamer GovCon ($5,000/mo): Automated opportunity intelligence platform including SAM.gov scanning, AI-powered fit scoring, bid recommendations, deadline tracking, and weekly intelligence briefs.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual subscriptions reflect a 20% discount off the monthly rate.

3.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected rate until cancellation. Street Dreamer does not store payment card information.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to your Airtable operations center and platform features will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

3.4 Non-Payment

If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you within 3 business days. Services may be suspended after 5 business days of non-payment and terminated after 15 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate capability profile information for scoring and scanning
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Not use the platform to submit false or misleading information

5. Intellectual Property

Street Dreamer retains all rights to our platform, including the Orion AI engine, scoring algorithms, and proprietary technology. Client data and capability profiles remain the property of the client. Deliverables produced specifically for a client (Airtable bases, intelligence briefs) are licensed for that client's internal business use.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, capability data, pipeline information, and scoring methodologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Street Dreamer provides opportunity intelligence and business development support. We do not guarantee contract awards, revenue, or specific business outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Street Dreamer's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Data Handling

Client data is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures. Clients may request export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Street Dreamer may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

10. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your subscription and opportunity alerts. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
